Finally, Get Your Mechanic Business Organized
Customers, vehicles, scheduling, your team, and your numbers. All in one place, built with mechanics who've actually lived the chaos, not guessed at from outside.
Marshall, an ASE Master Certified mobile mechanic, is already in as our first founding member helping shape it. Founding members get a direct line to shaping the platform, plus early-access pricing locked in before it opens to everyone else.
What running your business looks like without this, and with it
If anything on the left sounds familiar, that's exactly the problem ShopGridd was built to fix.
Without a system
- Customer info scattered across texts, notes, and memory
- Missed calls while you're under a hood, then phone tag all night
- No calendar, so double-bookings and no-shows happen
- Jobs you can't get to or don't do just get turned away, for free
- You're on your own for parts and supplier pricing
- No real way to see if this year's actually beating last year
With ShopGridd
- Every customer and vehicle organized in one place, searchable in seconds
- A built-in calendar for scheduling, so nothing gets missed or double-booked
- Add employees and assign jobs so your whole team stays on the same page
- Overloaded or out-of-scope jobs get sent to another shop in the network for an agreed cut, instead of turned away
- Combined buying power across the network for better pricing on parts, tools, equipment, supplies, and software
- Real numbers: track revenue and compare this year to last year
Everything your business needs, in one place
Built around how mobile and independent mechanics actually work, not a generic CRM you have to bend to fit.
Customer & Vehicle Records
Every customer, every vehicle, every job history, organized and searchable instead of scattered across texts and sticky notes.
Built-In Scheduling
See your whole week at a glance, book jobs, and stop double-booking yourself.
Employees & Job Assignment
Add your team, assign jobs to the right person, and know who's working what without a phone call.
Track Your Numbers
See revenue and job counts, and compare this year to last year at a glance.
Overflow & Referral Network
Too busy, or it's outside what you do? Send the job to another shop in the network for an agreed percentage instead of turning it away.
Group Buying Power
As the network grows, everyone's combined volume gets used to negotiate better pricing on parts, tools, equipment, supplies, and software.
Marshall's already on the team. Who's joining him?
The system is still in beta on purpose. Getting in early means you help shape it around how mechanics actually work, and start working with other founding members to feed each other jobs instead of competing alone.
Apply
Tell us about your business: where you work, what you do, and your team. Takes about 3 minutes.
We Call You
You'll hear back personally to talk through fit and get your account set up.
You Help Shape It
This is beta. Founding members' feedback directly shapes what gets built next.
Lock In Founding Perks
Founding members join at a low, early-access fee that's well below what ShopGridd will cost once it's fully launched, and that rate stays locked in.
Built for smaller businesses, not enterprise shops
Software that does a lot of this already exists. It's just priced for shops that can already afford it. ShopGridd is built and priced for the mechanic still working to build something of his own.
Other Shop Software
- Often $100-150+ a month, built for shops that can already afford it
- Priced for established, multi-bay operations
- Enterprise contracts and setup fees
ShopGridd, Founding Member Pricing
- A low sign-up fee, built for a business that's still growing
- Priced for the mechanic working to build something of his own
- Locked in now, before it costs more later
Built with mechanics who've actually lived it
ShopGridd is built by Brandon, but it's being shaped from day one by Marshall, our first founding member. Marshall has spent over 10 years as an ASE Master Certified mobile mechanic, worked behind other shops, and used the scheduling and CRM programs already out there for this industry. He knows firsthand what's missing from all of them, and that's exactly what's steering what gets built next.
This isn't software guessed at by people who've never turned a wrench. Every feature gets run past a real mechanic's real business before it ships, and Marshall's already on the team. The question now is who joins him.
- Marshall: ASE Master Certified, 10+ years in the field, founding member #1
- Worked behind shops and used the industry's existing tools, so he knows what's actually missing
- Helping shape every feature before it's built, and helping recruit the mechanics who join next
Questions mechanics ask before applying
Ready to be one of the founding members?
Early access means a direct line to shaping how this gets built around real mechanics, not the other way around.
